EdUCate! would like to thank the many donors who made so many of our teacher's wishes come true this year. Nearly $5900.00 was donated to the 2010 Teacher Wish List program allowing the teachers to purchase much needed equipment and supplies. In addition to the $5900.00 donated by our donors, EdUCate's Board of Directors voted to to fund all remaining Teacher Wish List items as of May 1, 2010.

Pictured: Dr. Sandy Mann's new RunOne Electrophoresis Systems that was granted by EdUCate!  Dr Mann is standing with a representative from EmbiTec, Rita Wong, EdUCate! Teacher Wish List chair, Elizabeth Murray and students from Dr. Mann's 4th period AP Biology class.  The Electrophoresis systems will be used in AP Biology to run DNA labs. Agarose gel electrophoresis is the most common method of separating and analyzing DNA. Thank you EdUCate! for providing the funds to purchase this class set.  It will be used in the years to come!
